i enjoyed the spacious bedroom. it had great views. i also liked the excellent breakfast with a heated area where my dog could sit with me. the grounds had a lot of space and light.
i tried to book the winter romance package on the website. it would not allow for a standard double room. the free wifi did not work so i had no phone reception at all throughout my stay as 4g signal was very poor.

The provided breakfast had an ample selection. I especially liked the variety of coffee options available to order. The hotel garden is lovely. It is ideal for enjoying an afternoon cup of tea.
I stayed here for one night in February. The room was nice and clean! though it was ridiculously hot, and I did not sleep well. The hotel is next to the university campus. It was a little noisy late at night.

the staff were quite polite and very helpful throughout my stay. i was pleased with the beautiful gardens and views across the grounds. the breakfast offered diverse options, including both cooked and continental selections , which i found to be quite fresh. the meal at the restaurant was really good with flavorful dishes.
the room was quite warm , and i had difficulty adjusting the temperature to my liking.

i stayed for a few nights the classic room had a spacious desk i used for work the wifi connection was reliable the breakfast had good variety i particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit selection it had pineapple and melon also the staff were helpful when i asked for directions to local attractions
the room was slightly warmer than i prefer even with the fan provided

We chose this venue because the service was exemplary. The staff were friendly and helpful, meeting our needs. Our guests enjoyed themselves . I was impressed by the professional and cute teams working throughout the hotel.
The food presentation was great, but the pizza and club sandwich were unfortunately cold.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Lauren at reception went the extra mile to help us accommodate our bikes safely. The hotel offered a free room upgrade to a room with a balcony. Dinner and breakfast were served, and the food was presented well.
